Shipments and Returns

Shipment Timeline

Most orders ship via mail (United States Postal Service) within five business days.  Please allow three to four weeks September through December, in the event of high seasonal demand.  We will also do our best to accommodate rush orders; please don't hesitate to email your request if an item is needed in the very near future.

Northeast North Dakota Pickup Sites

If you live in northeastern North Dakota, you have the option of picking up your order at one of our delivery sites. There is a $2 pickup fee for any size order.  Simply place your order and select the pickup site of your choice.  We will contact you when your order is delivered (generally within 7-14 days of placing the order).  Pickup locations include:

St. Thomas C-Store; St. Thomas, ND

Hugo's (formerly Wally’s Supermarkets); Grafton, ND

Dakota TV & Appliance; Grand Forks, ND 

How We Package

We use the utmost care in packaging your order for shipment.  The aluminum pans are individually bagged to prevent rubbing and chafing during shipment.  Most glass items are wrapped in foam and cushioned with bubble wrap, Styrofoam, and/or peanuts.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges include packing materials and postage.  The prices are based on package weight.  Our shipping table is as follows:
